Exceptional fresh raw fish, first courses between tradition and innovation, catch of the day that smells of the sea, it feels like being on a fishing boat because of how fresh the product is

The entrance does not reflect the kitchen.Upon returning from a short holiday, with the family, I made a reservation for lunch. The truth we arrived in front of the restaurant, and the external part was not well looked after. Once inside, I found courtesy, cleanliness and professionalism. A good wine list, and a raw fish in abundance and with many fantasies, of shellfish, sea urchins, oysters, cottage cheese, truffles, tuna, salmon, and more. The first courses were excellent, the second courses were exceptional and plentiful. A female-run restaurant, the owner and chef Mina, an exceptional woman, I complimented him on the excellent cuisine, and on the waitresses, always attentive and ready to meet the customer's needs. What can I say...I'm from Vicenza and I come to Foggia as soon as possible to meet dear friends. One evening I expressed the request to eat fish, as God commands... after 3 weeks I went back. The restaurant Piazza dei Sapori, probably known as da Mina is sublime. I have never eaten better fish: from raw, with the true flavor and scent of the sea to cooked, to tender frying, which does not have the heaviness of those who fry with motor oil... The owner sat down here with us for the second time and I congratulated her. There is an air of home, the environment pampers you... In short, everything is perfect. There are 5 stars otherwise I would have given 10.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening with my family and we left very happy.Very fresh and excellent fish.Modest prices.Kind and friendly staff starting from the owner and ending with the waitress.In short, you don't need to get to Trani or Manfredonia to have a nice fish dinner... I went for lunch during the week. What to say.... we ate divinely... the service was friendly and welcoming but above all carried out with the utmost discretion... the location makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend it... The prices are related to the quality of the products. A round of applause also to the chef who occasionally approached the table to ask us if everything was okay.
